    Brisbane Flying Group buys another Grumman Tiger

    The Archerfield based group that started in the early seventies now has 3 Grumman/Gulfstream Tigers for their (about) 40 members to fly


    The popularity of these aircraft combined with the low operating costs and high performance has proved a winning combination for the budding beginner pilot as well as the more experienced aviator

    Back in the early '70's group ownership of aircraft was normally a failure after a few short years - the basic operating structure of the BFG company was debated hard and long by "yours truly" a founding director of the group back in that period of time - which only goes to prove that light aircraft ownership is feasible for anyone nowadays under a properly managed group scheme
