LAUNCHED FROM ALICE SPRINGS BETWEEN JAN AND MAR 2001. THE FLIGHTS
WILL INVOLVE A CIRCUMNAVIGATION OF THE EARTH AT ABOVE 100,000FT.
IT IS INTENDED THE 2000 KG PAYLOAD WILL BE SEPARATED FROM
THE BALLOON BY GROUND SIGNAL AND RECOVERED BY PARACHUTE OVER THE
AUSTRALIAN MAINLAND. TRACKING PROVIDED BY GROUND STATION TRACKING ON BOARD GPS.
HAZARD ALERTS WILL BE ISSUED OCTA. THE FLIGHT WILL TAKE APPROXIMATELY 14 DAYS
