Dick Smith Takes-On Airservices in Federal Court Action
"Not Happy" with Authorities Returning to Previous System

Dick Cranky Over Changes by Airservices to the New National Airspace System

September 21
Dick Smith is in the Federal Court in Sydney to-day in an "Application for an Order of Review" of Airservices changes to the NAS

The application for the Court Order is HERE - more about the reasons for the court action via Dick's "Flyer" web page HERE - refer also to Week Two

Dick has claimed that the authority controlling our OZ airspace did not take sufficient consideration to counter arguments he submitted against changes to the original NAS model in which he was heavily involved

This action will delay any implementation of the "November 25 2004" airspace changes as advised to all 30,000+ OZ pilots on a recent Airservices mail-out
