AFP SEIZE AIRCRAFT BOATS AND CARS LINKED TO PROCEEDS OF CRIME

The local Brisbane news media is reporting on the recent news release from the Australian Federal Police with the head of the AFP criminal asset taskforce - Ian McCartney - shown leaning on the wing-tip fuel tank of a Russian MiG fighter at Archerfield airport which had been seized by the AFP under the Proceeds of Crime Act Scheme

One small problem with the image depicted in the media - the jet IS NOT a MiG - it is in fact a 1970's vintage Aero L-39 Albatros from Czechoslovakia
