NSW Police have advised that a weightshift controlled microlight aircraft has crashed into water and sunk at Lake Tuggerah
Media reports indicate "..two people were on the aircraft at the time of the crash"

"Police are attempting to confirm where the plane took off from and how many people were on board at the time of the crash"
It is completely submerged in 3-metres of water about 400m off shore
