The owner of a Seawind 3000 kit-built amphibian left abandoned on the beach at Patonga on NSW's central coast a few weeks ago has finally been located

The amphibian is owned by a company of Bernhard Stevermuer who last week was "sentenced to a minimum nine months in jail" for his involvement in a previous "Drug Syndicate" aircraft importation
