  It would appear to me that you have accessed this page because of
 your interest in the accuracy of "visits" displayed on the "counter"

  It (the counter) has "fallen over" a number of times so it is not 
 an accurate record of visits, however I keep records of the "counters"
 so I do have an idea of the number of "outside" visitors.

  My Internet Server is apparently experiencing problems with 
 his equipment, and that's where the counter's program is stored!
